To prepare for a successful 8 weeks, the prep phase gives you tons of support every step of the way, including a live call at the end of the prep phase to get any remaining questions answered.

There are some essential tools to have in your tool belt to shift into this new way of feeding yourself. These are not what you think, nor taught anywhere else, so get ready for expanding yourself in new ways.

WHAT TO EAT & WHEN

SELF-LED DEMONSTRATION
Every 4th week in all of our LIFTED Academy trainings are what we call "self-led demonstration" weeks, meaning no new video content or Take Actions, but a chance to organize your understanding of what you've learned here, embody it as a part of who you are, and demonstrate it each time you eat!

Is this a diet program?

No, this is not a diet program, especially in the traditional sense. It is a complete reformation of what you eat, how you eat, when you eat, why you eat, and more.

Should I consult my doctor before starting?

It’s always said to consult your doctor before starting any diet or exercise program to ensure you’re healthy enough to make certain changes to your lifestyle. The good news is that this course will most likely be good news to your doctor's ears. Even if you are struggling with Diabetes, heart disease, obesity, eating disorders, etc., this is a great place for you to redirect toward health.

Will you give me a list of foods or meals to eat?

We don’t do the recipe building for you, as it is imperative (especially in the adherence round) that you learn to make your own meals using the foods you love, not the foods we choose for you. There will be access to our community page for questions and sharing meals, access to our community recipe book, and more.

How long do I have access to the course materials?

You will have access to the entire set of course materials forever if you choose to stay connected through additional rounds or join our LIFTED NUTRITION membership. All participants have access for 1 month after you complete round 1: adherence.
