This is the Ted O'Neill Program where we explore the science and philosophies for performance optimization, and the elevation of the human experience from the mind of Ted O'Neill with Jon Leon Guerrero.

There's never a shortage of moving pieces right now and what we do whether it's with the Body Recomposition elements we're talking about whether it's the Emotional Sobriety Curriculum, the Paraphysical Training model, you know, the way we interpret the conjugate method, there's so many huge pieces
0:48 Jon
And you manage to customize them for everybody.
0:50 Ted
Well, I think you have to.
0:55 Jon
Well, these are all principles and their principles to be applied and once they're applied to somebody, especially at the level at which we all perform, and I'm not near the top, you have to do some level of customization for any plan because the margins are narrow.
1:11 Ted
Yes. And so, I think everything we do is a teaching model. So, to be clear, on that, this comes up very frequently. As Amanda likes to quote me, we always have both feet firmly on the gas pedal. So, I want to clear up a distinction on this with the curriculum. I never strive to tell someone what they should be doing with their life. But if someone comes to me and they say, I want to do this with my life, I believe we have lots of answers. And I believe that depth to solving those promises is much greater than most people proceed when they first come up with that thought in their mind. So, we have an almost endless amount of material that we can really make a deep dive into. So, all of that comes from a place you know, again, I'm not here to judge anyone's lifestyle on what they're doing. All that's fine. I'm not a crusader for fitness. I'm not a crusader for consciousness training, none of that, that's all for people to determine themselves. I have made it a life's work, to become as adept as I can be at teaching those subjects through not only the understanding in the embodiment, but the demonstration. You know, because it's really not for everyone that we used to say this, it's a gym that's for almost, because it's very rigorous. So, I think we've kind of sharpen the blade on that a bit. So, we haven't lost our edge. It's just the depths do we go now? Is really far in excess that I believe is happening anywhere else on the planet, in terms of striving to develop concurrently, physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. And it's in the recognition of where all those things sit in the mix together. That has created this massive curriculum that still continues to evolve and we continue to find a home for it. You know, with Diablo transitioning into what's going to be called Lifted Academy. You know, when you go to an academy, there would be a curriculum, there would be tons of prerequisite courses there would be tons of coursework it'd be elective this is what we're building, I mean, we've built beyond the structure of a traditional gym.
3:39 Ted
For a very long time, Diablo was the underground of the underground. We were the most hardcore, underground gym powerlifting or I trained lot of professional lifters. And that's what it was. And so, I think this evolution is unique in that what started as a question of how can we get better, has led down many paths but so much deeper than how do we get better at this sport. It's now become, by virtue of getting better everywhere in life. I can do whatever I want in the sport now. And I've talked about that before.
4:14 Jon
It's funny because it translates, It's commutative. Because as you obtain mastery, in the sport or in the activities within the sport, you apply those principles to the other things in your life. it's unavoidable.
4:30 Jon
Everything is the same. So, when you begin to learn how to think relationally any place where you're stuck in life, I believe we can figure out and transcend in a very short period of time with the right amount of desire and willingness. Really, if you have those things, I believe we have so many answers to go so much deeper than the surface level problems that most people experience.
4:54 Jon
Yeah, also, it's a toolbox. You know, that's the other thing is that if somebody comes for answers, if you go to toolbox, sometimes you don't have the answer. But you have the tools.
