So, then if we're saying I have discomfort, what's the opposite or what's the polarity as we would call them in PPT of discomfort.

Well, the easy thing to do would be to say comfort but that's not, that's not completely accurate, (right) because really what the opposite of discomfort is, is you could say liberty.

Okay, now we're getting somewhere. (Yeah) Yeah, so, in other words, you no longer have dominion over you? (Right. I'm liberated) Yes, that's exactly where you have to look at that. So, then, if you can transmute that feeling in your body, which is simply a chemistry, by the way, please, there's all manner of things we can do to warm the shoulder up to get different mobility. There's all kinds of things that exist in the physical. That's one avenue to approach it from but I don't think it's that you know why? (Why) This is the trump card of my back pocket. I know for a fact your shoulder wouldn't hurt on a specialty bar, like a Mars bar, or a safety squat bar or a giant cambered bar when you can manipulate the positioning of your body. Specifically, we can take your upper back and shoulder out of it. (Yeah) So then it carries over into other areas because that's what I mean by it then it has dominion over you, you now associate the entirety of that experience with its range limiting factor of discomfort. And this is why I say this. This applies to everyone. So, for those who want to go far, take the examples we've given and plug in your own example, in your life where there is something that you've given your power away to, to where if you're being ultimately introspective. You can see where it affects many, many more areas in your life than you've led to believe because you could say, well, it affects my squat, blah, blah, blah, do all these other things. But if you were able to do another, say 100 pounds on your squat, would you not have gained way more mental strength and stability by walking that road of overcoming challenge after challenge after challenge, and therefore learning way more about yourself in that process? So, it doesn't just limit us into this little sphere of one exercise. It's all that that particular activity endeavors, in this case, exercise can yield an outcome and if it's something that's progressive, like learning, or training, then we limit all of the great things that come with the part of the experience of walking that path. And this is why I said very specifically that when we create a name for it, and then we give our power away to it that thing becomes our God. It exists above us and it rules us. We've given everything away. so that if you're going to make that shift from pain to discomfort, and then make the next shift would be from discomfort to liberty. I think this is the next part of your development. we're going to chronicle the show.
