This is the Ted O'Neill program where we explore the science and philosophies for performance optimization, and the elevation of the human experience from the mind of Ted O'Neill with Jon Leon Guerrero.

Welcome to the Ted O'Neill program Today's Thursday. This is season four. And we are in the midst of an experiment.

Yeah so, you know, I want to make it super clear that, you know, we've created all these proprietary technologies, we've demonstrated results. And it was really initially in the demonstration of next level results today. I wasn't satisfied. And I began to seek new things. And then that has led to more and more development of various curricula and deeper and deeper dives into adjunct fields to give us greater results overall, but yes, this is still an ongoing experiment. Because if we really begin to ask the question, like who has completely stepped outside of the traditional framework, and been able to have some kind of a normal life where you're not just in a cave or in sandals somewhere, right, and eating grass in the Himalayas? I mean, so what can we do to actually perform at peak levels physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically, but we would 've labeled holism at Diablo or lifted Academy. What does that look like? And so, this is very much an ongoing experiment and to me, that's what we endeavor to capture in the movie Lifted. This been shot by Hayden McComas, and directed by him, you know, because we continue to have these that really the deeper, we go with these concepts and these new ideas, the faster things are spiraling up, and people are beginning to receive deeper and deeper levels of transformation and do more and more ridiculous things in house. So, to me, it's what would happen if we all really clicked into this 100% and Devon, and didn't give any ground to distraction. If we really are able to understand the mechanisms of our brain and body because our brain and body for most of us are running the show. Yeah. At least at some level and I think we're still at the basic levels. If we borrow from the emotional sobriety curriculum and talk about a formula of awareness and acknowledgement. We're now aware of how our brain and bodies work, to a large degree, much more so because we have this whole community embarking on these different techniques and disciplines and curricula at some level, right? So, we're aware of these things. And we've acknowledged who we are in relation to much of this and we have these aha moments. And so, we take action steps, right and it's in the continued application that I see our next big physical leap as a group because now we're at the point where we can be really intelligent. This has been your experience. Can you feel when the community itself is contracting and expanding?
3:33 Jon
You know, I'll say yes, but a lot of times when I've felt what I think is that indicator, I've wondered whether it was my own contraction that I was feeling. And, you know, I will say that there are times when I've felt myself providing the energetic example and leading the way, and there are times when I've provided the energetic example in the other direction, so we're capable of all of those things.

Right. And that's part of the ongoing experiment coming up with the academy. So and I really think you know, for me, this is completely centered around the belief that we can make human beings truly autonomous, to where their inner reality dictates their outer experience, and I really want to make it clear and not to sound judgmental, but I'm not just talking about this in a crystal wielding granola eating meme creating Pollyanna style. But really, I want to get this into an evidence based quantifiable actuality. And without a doubt, there's real grit to the work that we're doing. You know, I kind of liken where we are right now to like the special forces or the Navy SEALs to conscious evolution. You know, we're doing big things in the physical, whether it's the recomp, whether it's conditioning, whether it's our powerlifting team, we're doing things and demonstrating things that aren't happening in other places, and all of that. We're doing big things in the field of consciousness work with pair physical training. And with the emotional sobriety curriculum. So, all these things together are creating something brand new, and I think it's a much more inclusive piece with this idea of creating a living embodiment of this concept of holism. High level demonstration physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, to be truly autonomous. And not be governed by outside situations. And circumstances.
